Me and My Daughter....
6th January 2014, heard a cry at 7.20 am. As I followed it, it became more and more louder.
Suddenly a nurse opened the door hastily and shouted “towel – cloths”.
Without any sense I grabbed what I can out from a bag and handed it over to nurse.
As if I am a face reader, I focused to reckon with all my senses and started concluding the outcome behind the beamish face of the nurse. But failed to close.

In no time three females came out from the room – Doctor, Nurse and "Miss New to World".
That miss could not hold her cry and which made me more daunted.
I was in some different world. The world of angels..
We all have heard stories of fairies and angels and their white dresses.. exactly i was in that world, holding one angel out of them in white towel.
I could not gather my feelings to express that blissful moment.. and still not able to write more about it..
We named her Samaira – the enchanting beauty.
An year has passed now. She is 1 year old and holds the most important part of our hearts.
Every day she is getting use to her new life & so do we.
I won't only pray for her good and happy life, rather I would pray more realistically.
I want her to have the self courage to stand and defeat any challenge that hinders her way.
I want her to have a life that allows her to explore her real identity and showcase her value to this world.
I want her to contribute to our society for betterment.
I want her to turn the old myth that says its only the man dominated world.
Hence, I want her to be the LEADER of her own life!!

World we must make it.

Last day I was travelling to my home town Ludhiana with my family after a long time. I was nostalgic to see the roads and some areas where I used to roam around when I was a kid.

I was passing through Model Town Railway crossing near a school and was delighted to see student’s mob coming out from the school.

Not even rushing and driving my car through them, I preferred to wait and children to cross the road. I went back in the past of my childhood days, when I used to go to school, when I used to come out in the same exhilaration. Those were the days which I am sure everyone wants to relive.

I slowly drove my car forward and suddenly a small incident brought many questions in my mind.

My car was behind a boy (probably between 12-13 years of age) speeding his cycle to catch one Auto rickshaw going ahead of him (not very fast). He was exactly in between the Auto rickshaw and my car.

Without the intention to overtake, I wanted to stay back and observe his actions.

One boy of same age (12-13years) was hanging his hand out from the back window of auto rickshaw.

He was holding something in his hands; I could not recognise what exactly it was. But sure it was some comestible (eatable) stuff.

The cycle boy peddled the cycle with full energy to grab the hand and in no time he achieved what he wanted. He was happy to grab the “berries”. He was extremely joyful and expressed his joy and excitement by throwing his one hand in the air and “Hurrreeyyy”!! J J J  As if he has won some gold medal in the Olympics race.

The boy who offered the berries was also happy to feed his friend and clapped with full joy on his achievement. Other auto mates were also happy and clapped. Such a display of innocence. It was pleasant to watch. Love for each other. Without any ill feelings.  Without the feeling of hatred.

  1. Where have gone those times where you find same happiness in every small thing?
  2. Where are those friends and friendships and companionships?
  3. Although we all have hundreds of friends but do we have such friends who offer love and care?
  4. Do we (grownups) have still have such sense of freedom which these children are enjoying?

I could only see from this incident that nothing in this world will please you more than “LOVE”.

Love has many definitions, but the bottom line of each is same: “Selfless Respect to other”.

I learnt that, no matter how big you become in your lives, no matter how much money you earn,

but love & friendship will always remain the penultimate achievement!!

It’s good to race to become number one, but at the pinnacle we must have friends and relatives to cheer for our victory. J J

Let us Repair the World.....

Hi, after a very long time m back on the blog. I dont often get time to write much, sometimes due to scarcity of time and sometimes due to scarcity of words. But when ever i encounter any thing touchy i feel to write something. So again today I m touched :)
I watched movie today, "My Name is Khan" and as usual Shahrukh did a fab job. Its a story of an ordinary man to a journey of a life time. But there is clear message in this film. A message of a "Mankind". How a simple man has learnt from his parents about the two types of people Bad and Good. how he managed to be on the second half people category, a good one category.
how he showed love and affection for the various relations he had. How a strong determination lead all his way to create miracles for others. how a simple man can be an "envoy" of god!!!

But the questions arises , if he can do it all, why can't we??
Why always only bollywood is able to see such sensitive things?? why only bollywood able to showcase and bring it into notice to all mankind??
Why can't we?? why can't we all stand together?

All of us must understand that we have to fight with all evils and make this world a better place to live. Not only for us, but for many many generations to come..

lets take an oath to "Repair the World"........ and i m sure the day is not far when there will be no bars of countries, religion, states, castes... and there will be only one religion ,, A religion of Love and Mankind....
............Don't believe me? Believe me the world will believe you... :)

GOD ON EARTH.......

I was reading a book written by Chetan Bhagat, the two states, this book is based on a love story, describing couples love, struggle, sacrifice and victory! But one thing i found out which may be hidden from a normal eye, but still has its presence and that is the influence of your parents in our life, may be i m using wrong word "influence" rather i should use the "importance" of parents in one's life.

Its being said "Parents are like God, to children" and i believe its true.

So my todays writing will be centralized to the "Parents".

I dedicate this blog to all those parents who almost give their lives in up bringing of their children.

They sacrifice their stomach to feed their children. They spend many nights just to make u feel protected when ever u feel scared. They almost decide ur whole life wen u are still in the womb. They see their lives with ur lives. Parents are "demanding"! yes u heard right "demanding" but to full fill that demand is our prime devoir . We must supply the amount of respect, love and devotion to maintain the equilibrium of demand and supply!!

I love my parents very much, they left no stone unturned just to provide everything i ask for. They gave me everything good parenthood, studies, etc. As now i have attained full education its now my turn to reward them. By the way no one can reward their parents but still we have some obligations towards them.

I dont know what else to write about the almighty parents. i m almost short of words. But remember what ever happens in your life their will be two persons in the whole world who will always stand with you, and they are your parents!! Thanx MOM and DAD, for every thing u have given to me.... I love you the Most......!!!!!

Apni Azaadi ko hum hargizz mita sakte nahi.

Today on the eve of our 61th republic day, i got to feel something, and that was the feeling of being an Indian. Every Day wen i get up, there is the similar routine of the day. But today wen i was sleeping my father came to me and said "wake up, wake up my solider!" I opened my one eye and gave a thought wat happend to my father today! he again screamed wake up , see parade is coming on the TV. then i realized oh! its the republic day today. i got up with half mind conscious and took a tooth brush in my hand, a heavy voice came of my father, "come soon otherwise i'll shoot u".
I hurriedly washed my face and went straight to the TV room.
See how brave they are:- said my father.
I also wanted my son to be in Army, said my father.
"oh come on ! not again , i thought"
My mom was in the kitchen preparing the breakfast.
She replied to my father: it doent matter what you want to make ur son, but it matters what he wants to be.
I grinned.
But what i see, President Pratibha Patil addressing all Indians.
She delivered the speech with such excellence, that she has been preparing it since the last republic Day.!!! :)
She gave away the awards of recognition to the martyr's widows. "The Bravery Awards"!!!
I thought, person who shown the bravery is no more in this world, and their widows are receiving the "veer chakra". Well i consider the widow more brave as she is accepting the "veer chakra". Just think How difficult is to accept the fact that their loved one's are no more.
One lady almost cried as she bethinked about her husband.
I gave a thought, how can a person be so brave?
how can they die for their nation, saving rest of the civilians.?
what about their children?their wives?

Yes they people are really brave!!

Next i see, the various battalions demonstrating their skills," such a perfection wen they walk"
sheer passion and full of courage"
Then i see the "power" of our nation!!
The Agani missile, Arjun Tank, Dhruv Chopper, and many other weapons.
The National Anthem song, the Army Band, the various tableau of different states!
Every one was coloured only in three colours "White, Saffron, Green"....

My morning went patriotic. i bathed and dressed well. looking at the mirror i thought, my father was not wrong, i could be an army man, i cud also be one of the solider demonstrating his skills.

But now it too late.
But still we can do lot for our country.
our nation has achieved the social as well as the economic developmet from the past 62 years and has also developed as a nation which is known for its agriculture production and now it has also become one of the top industrialised country in the world.
So can't we people capitalize on that???

lets set an example in front of the whole world, that beware we are coming.....
Dont believe?? "Believe me, World will Believe in you...

"Reality"- the next best thing to face !

Today, i got to face a reality of life. That hard work alwaz pays. No matter wat others say abt the smart work and short cut, but reality is there is no short cut to success. We are living in a nation of billions, where we have to face competition at every phase of our life, wen small competion was to get into a good school, wen lil grew up then competition to get into IIT's and IIM's, after that competition to get a good job. No matter wat u do, but wat u do, perfection and hard work matters. I got a chance to see Aamir Khan's movie "3 idiots", he said a very real line " try to be capable, success will follow u, Run After excellence, success will run after u" "Kaabil bano, Kaamyaabi khud ba khud tumhare peiche Bhaagegi".
Thats really true dear all. Its also rightly said " its better to learn from the mistakes, but if the mistakes are of others, its more better", so i wud like to say "Dedication, Hardwork, Self Belief" without these three"idiots" :) u will become a real Idiot.
Don't Believe?
